Warranty, Complaints, and Return/Exchange of Products
All products are inspected before delivery and dispatched undamaged. Your products will be carefully packed in a delivery box to ensure they arrive undamaged and in their original packaging.
The customer can file a complaint if the goods do not have the features explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong items, in the wrong quantity or color, or if the goods differ from the customer's order in any other way.
In case of a complaint, the customer can, in accordance with legal limitations, request a replacement of the item, its repair, or a refund of the purchase price. In the latter case, the seller reserves the right to charge rent according to the valid price list for the period the customer used the product, but no more than the amount by which the item's market value decreased due to its use during that time.
The customer can return the goods for a complaint by either bringing them in person or, after a prior agreement with the seller, returning them by mail at the seller’s expense.
In accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right, in case of a product defect, to request that the company replace the defective product with a new, flawless one, refund the amount paid, repair the product, or refund part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect.

Material Defects
The consumer may exercise their rights in relation to material defects if they notify the seller of the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. In the notification, the consumer must describe the defect in detail and allow the seller to inspect the product. The consumer can notify the seller of the defect either in person, in which case the seller must issue a receipt, or by sending the notification to the store where the product was purchased or to the seller’s representative with whom the contract was concluded.
The seller is not liable for material defects that appear after two years from the delivery of the product. It is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery. The consumer's rights from the first paragraph expire two years after they notified the seller of the material defect.
Under the Obligations Code, the buyer is obliged to collect the ordered package and pay for it. If the buyer does not collect the package, they are required to bear the shipping costs. A request for redelivery can only be made if the shipping and return costs are increased. Customers who do not collect their package and subsequently place another order in the future can only pay for the ordered products via a proforma invoice.

For resolving any potential disputes, the competent court has jurisdiction.
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Use of Cookies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device during a visit to a website, and it is recognized by the website that issued the cookie. The purpose of using cookies is to improve the website's functionality and the user experience when viewing it. The cookie itself does not contain or collect information that could identify an individual; however, if users voluntarily provide such data to the website, for example, through registration, this data can be linked to information stored in the cookie. When a server reads a cookie alongside the web browser, it can help the website provide more user-friendly services. Only the server that sent the cookie can read and use that cookie.
Some of the cookies we use are temporary, while others remain stored on your device for a certain period, even after you leave our website.
Temporary or session cookies "live" from the moment the user opens the browser until the session ends and the browser is closed. Websites use them to store temporary information, such as items in a shopping cart, to enhance security in online banking, etc. Because these cookies are stored for a shorter time, they may be less invasive to the user's privacy.
Persistent or stored cookies, on the other hand, remain saved even after the user closes the browser and ends the session. Websites use them, for example, to store registration information, language preferences, and to build user profiles and analyze traffic. Persistent cookies can remain on the computer for days, months, or even years. Examples include Google Analytics cookies, which help us understand how you navigate our website, what content interests you, and how long your visit lasts. This information allows us to adjust the website's content to better suit visitors' needs.
First-party cookies come from the website that the user is viewing and can be either persistent or temporary. Websites use these cookies to store information that they will use again when the user next visits that site.
Third-party cookies originate from other, partner websites (for example, sites that display ads on the original website or measure traffic). Third parties can use these cookies to collect data about users from various websites for purposes such as advertising, analytics, and improving their products. These cookies represent a greater intrusion into the user’s privacy.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can reject cookies at any time. If you want to reject cookies on your device, you can change the settings of the browser you are using.
If you upgrade your browser or device to a new version, the cookie settings need to be reconfigured.
Temporary Cookie Disabling The quickest and simplest way to prevent cookies from being stored in all web browsers is to use the so-called "private window." Private browsing allows us to visit the web without the browser storing any information about the pages we have visited.
